Kim Albizati joined Molecular Assemblies in 2018 as vice president of chemistry and biochemistry. Prior to this position, he was involved in a number of large and small San Diego companies starting in 1993, including Pfizer and Agouron Pharmaceuticals, a San Diego area biotech success story.

Stephen R. Bates joined Molecular Assembles in June 2021 as Vice President: Sales and Marketing. An accomplished senior level executive, with over thirty years’ experience building and growing companies in life sciences markets, Stephen has extensive knowledge of selling, supporting and marketing: instruments, consumables, software, reagents and services for life sciences applications.

Leigh F. Elkolli, CPA joined Molecular Assemblies in 2019 as Senior Director of Finance. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors having served in senior level finance roles of several privately held and publicly traded companies.

Phil Paik, Ph.D., has more than 16 years of experience in technology innovation and platform development and joined Molecular Assemblies in 2020 as Vice President of Platform Development after serving as an Associate Director of Engineering at Illumina.
